Easy and Quick to do !!
When you just back from Chiangmai and got whole of Sai-auo as 1 kg. You dont have any idea what to do??
Heat it up !!
You can follow my lead !!!

Sai auo ( Thai sausage)200 g

garlic50 g or less
-
onion1 piece
-
Dried chilli4-5 pieces (depend on eating skill)

Bergamot leaves5-8 leaves
-
Holy Basil leaves50 g or more
-
soy sauce
-
Oysters sauce
-
black pepper
-
spaghetti
วิธีทำ
เวลาเตรียมส่วนผสม: 1 ชั่วโมง 5 นาที
เวลาปรุงอาหาร: 10 นาที
- First prepared your spaghetti (Boil it for 5-10 mins) then take it out when it cooked.
Slide your Saiauo into small piece.
- Smash garlic for the flavor and chop it into small pieces.
Then, Chop the onion and slide the bergamot leaves into small and long pieces. - Fried dried Chilli until it cooked and crispy.
- Then, add the oil in to the pan, wait until it heat !!
Add garlic and stirred until the smelling garlic.
Add Saiauo and stir fried with onion. - After that put the spaghetti in to the pan with Fried dried Chilli and then add bergamot leaves and basil leaves.
- Seasoning your spagetthi with soy sauce and oyster sauce. Then Enjoy your dishes !!!
